CLOSE UP | A virtual showcase presented by Sounds Australia
In the inaugural outing for their new showcase format, Sounds Australia is proudly presented 12 alumni artists that had previously showcased at either Music Matters, Singapore or Nokia Music Connects, Mumbai with the Australian export body.
The three CLOSE UP packages each showcased four special performances created during this unique period of restriction, isolation and lockdown.

In 2020, Music Matters launched Music Matters Live From Home, an online music series featuring amazing global collaborations by alumni artists and friends from Singapore, Canada, Australia, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia and more.
The latest edition of #MMLFromHome achieved an epic 10 MILLION VIEWS, taking this global hug truly around the world.
Girls Night In (somewhere)
Inspired by Branded’s event It’s A Girl Thing, Girls Night Out was born at Music Matters Live a few years back, to celebrate and shout about our incredible line-up of leading ladies taking the stage and sharing 50% of our artist line-up in 2019.
This year we invite you into our girl gang, for Girls Night In, an awesome collection of videos and recorded performances from a selection of amazing female artists.
